Welcome to Kudu Kloof! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Kudu Kloof, you agree to these terms.

1.1. Kudu Kloof is an online store specializing in high-quality vehicle seat covers, dash covers, armrests, transmission covers, steering wheel covers, clothing and hunting accessories.
1.2. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1. Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2.2. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
2.3. Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.
2.4. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1. We deliver within South Africa. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
3.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3.3. Kudu Kloof is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
3.4. Once an order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number where applicable.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
4.2. To initiate a return, email admin@kudukloofsa.co.za with your order details.
4.3. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
4.4. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Warranty & Quality Assurance

5.1. Our products are made using high-quality materials sourced locally in South Africa.
5.2. We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for 21 days. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper care.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Kudu Kloof is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1. We respect your privacy and collect personal data only to process orders and improve our services.
7.2. Your data will only be shared with third parties where required by law or necessary for order fulfillment and advertisements. 

8. Intellectual Property

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
