Kudu Kloof – Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Orders will be shipped as specified at the time of order processing. Shipping times are subject to product availability and whether the item is a personalized or custom-made product.

1.2. We offer delivery within South Africa. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product specifications.

1.3. Shipping timelines vary based on the type of product ordered:
• Clothing products: Shipping will take 3–5 working days from the date of order processing at our offices.
• Custom products (including seat covers, armrests, dashboard covers, and hunting equipment): Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability at the time of order. Customers will be notified if additional production time is required.

1.4. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email confirming their order, along with a tracking number for the specified courier service.

1.5. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Kudu Kloof is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

1.6. In the event that an item is out of stock or production delays occur, customers will be notified promptly with an updated shipping timeline.

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

2.2. To initiate a return, customers must contact Kudu Kloof at admin@kudukloofsa.co.za , providing their order details and reason for return. Further instructions will be provided upon review of the request.

2.3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or incorrect.

2.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on the part of Kudu Kloof.

2.5. All returned items will be subject to inspection upon receipt. If the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed. If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

2.6. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
